This year Fund-A-Thon runs March 1-May 31. WAF is calling on our community to help us raise $50,000 to fund abortions across Wisconsin. We can’t do it without you! Every dollar raised helps remove cost barriers and get our neighbors the care they need, when they need it. Join us in powering abortion access across Wisconsin!
What is Fund-A-Thon?
Fund-A-Thon is the largest nation-wide grassroots peer-to-peer fundraising effort where abortion funds and abortion champions (like you!) mobilize to directly fund abortion. Coordinated by the National Network for Abortion Funds (NNAF), community members ask their friends and family to help them reach a personally meaningful fundraising goal for their local abortion fund. You can join us on whatever level feels right for you. Start a fundraising page, share with your community, or make a gift to someone already fundraising. Let’s fund abortion together!

Bowl-A-Thon
Come celebrate with us on May 1, 2026 from 6:30-8pm at Bowl-A-Vard. There will be pizza, good music, merch, raffle tickets and lanes will be filled with familiar faces. Fundraising captains and their teams can also sign up for their own lane, but whether or not you're on a team, everyone is welcome! This year, you can also pick up your auction items from Bowl-A-Thon!

Quilt, Craft, and Jewelry Auction
The Quilt, Craft and Jewelry Auction is one of our biggest spring fundraisers and helps us directly fund abortion care and provide practical support such as childcare, travel costs, and lodging. Each item in the auction is generously donated and every dollar raised helps the Wisconsin Abortion Fund provide direct support for abortion care and practical support. We cannot wait to unveil all of the great pieces you can bid on this year!

Auction Opens April 1st!
Our auction goes live on April 1st and ends on April 15th! Register to bid (registration link coming soon!) on donated items such as sterling jewelry, hand made quilts, and fine art made by Wisconsinites. Remember, every bid is a gesture of solidarity, a way of sustaining the work that keeps abortion access alive in Wisconsin.

This year, you can collect your auction items at our annual Bowl-A-Thon on Friday May 1st (6:00-8:30pm) at Bowl-A-Vard in Madison, Wisconsin! If you are unable to pick up your items at Bowl-A-Thon email us at wmfwisc@waf.org and we will arrange alternate pick up/drop off.
Bowl-A-Thon 2026
Bowl-A-Thon is our second biggest fundraiser and our capstone celebration of the Fund-A-Thon season. This year, Bowl-A-thon will be held at Bowl-A-Vard on May 1st from 6:30-8pm. Here’s how it works:
We throw the party,
you bring the crew!
From March 1st to April 30th, we are calling for teams (up to 6 people) and individuals to register to become a captain of a fundraising team or to join a team and raise money for abortion rights!
Anyone can register to create a team or join an existing team and help WAF raise the critical funds and awareness needed to make reproductive freedom a reality. We ask that each individual raise $150 and for teams to commit to fundraising at least $500.
Fundraising team captains and their teams also have the option to register for a bowling lane at our Bowl-A-Thon event. Each registered bowler will receive a personal fundraising page to share and help with requesting donations from their friends, family and colleagues.
